Setup Google Tag Manager

During the video it will go through how to add Google Tag Manger to a website, and rather than following that, there is a different process for Khaos Control Web:
1. Log into the CMS
2. Go to “KC: Web” -> “Available Options” -> “SEO” tab
3. Enter the Google Tag Manager Container ID into the field for Google Tag Manager
4. Click “Save Changes”
Now that the Container ID is setup you can skip to 5:40 in the video to continue the setup.
