New categories and/or products are not showing

The website uses advanced techniques to ensure performance is delivered, this means for some aspects we need to cache the structure of the website to a certain time limit. If your products need to be shown instantly or you are using the staging website, you may need to clear the cache. 


To clear the cache, go to the following screen in the CMS: 

KC:Web Settings > Tasks > Clear Cache and click Run. 

Once ran, the page will reload and your new category structures/products should appear.


If you have tried this and products still do not appear, you may want to review adding a product.
