Accessing the Monitor Changes Settings

You can access the main KC:Web Settings by going to “KC:Web Settings” -> “Available Options” on the left-hand menu.


You will then need to click on the “Monitor Changes” tab to switch the view to the options for this plugin.



Available Options

This plugin allows you to setup a number of monitors for certain elements of a customer’s record, which allows you to do certain actions when they change.

Each monitor has the following options:

Field to Monitor: Set the field to be monitored.

Actions to Take: Set the actions that will be taken when the field changes. These actions include the following options:

Send an email to this address: Select whether to send a notification email to a specified address.

                Email Address: Set the email address to send the notification email to.

                Send an email to the customer: Select whether to send an email to the customer.

                Customer Email Subject: Set the subject of the email to send to the customer.

                Change the Company Class: Select whether to change the customer’s company class.

                - Select Company Class -: Select the company class to set the customer’s record to.
